Bianca teamed her bodysuit with an oversized fur hat that covered her hair and ears.
The Yeezy designer framed her features with nude lipstick and mascara.
Her friend posted the mirror selfie on her Instagram Story and tagged Bianca as “Ye’s wife.”
The Donda mogul – who married Bianca earlier this year – was not pictured in the shot.
Bianca and Kanye, 46, are back in Los Angeles after travelling around Italy over the summer.
The couple attracted plenty of attention with their behavior while hitting major cities including Milan, Venice, and Rome.
The Yeezy designer was seen going braless while wearing nude tight catsuits, crop tops, dresses, tube tops, stockings, and leggings.
In September, there were reports that the couple was under investigation by the Italian police.
The duo made headlines when they appeared to engage in an NSFW act during a boat ride in Venice.
Bianca was seen crouching by Kanye’s lap while the musician flashed his bare butt to cameras and passers-by.
Venice police identified the driver of the boat and planned to question him about what he saw, according to the Daily Mail.
They were reportedly being investigated for public indecency.
In Italy, acts contrary to public decency – including indecent dress and acts – carry a hefty fine of $5,000 to $10,000; or up to $10,848.
Bianca’s Italian family has spoken out about their trip, admitting they felt “upset” that they didn’t get to see her.
‘SNUBBED’ RELATIVES
Her cousin, Fabiola Censori, said: “We haven’t seen anything of Bianca’s family here for years,” according to the Daily Mail.
She added: “I’ve never met Bianca but I would love to – it was a shame she didn’t come and visit us when she was here in Italy on holiday.
“Her dad came here years ago and we had a beautiful evening together with all the family and it was wonderful to see him but as for Bianca and Kanye no comment. We feel a bit ignored.”
This isn’t the first time that Bianca’s loves ones have accused her of spurning them in favor of her husband.
An insider claimed that Bianca’s loved ones have been desperately trying to reach out to her, but she reportedly told concerned pals to leave her alone when they finally managed to contact her and wasn’t interested in talking about her relationship with Kanye.
A source said: “She’s shut everyone out and told one of her former friends to ‘f**k off’ when they tried to ask if she was OK. She is saying that her friends are just jealous of her stardom.
“Bianca knows how to grab headlines now and she loves being Kanye’s muse because it gives her what she has always wanted – fame.”
The insider added: “Her friends are done trying because she is a thirsty lost cause.”
