The lovebirds have now headed to Austin in Texas for a big exploration of the US state.
Kelly took the chance to have a dip in Pedernales River in a black costume with a plunging scoop neckline.
The one-piece flattered the model’s curves and fastened on each strap with a clasp.
Her brunette locks were scraped back off her face and left streaming over her shoulders.
Yet while the actress certainly looked the part, things took a turn for the worse.
She explained in her caption: “It was all smiles until I came face to face with a cotton mouth,” before posting a snake Emoji.
Later on, she posted a topless snap of Jeremy and explained: “So we hiked to the river.”
Previously, Kelly exclusively told The Sun how some of her “skinniest times” were her “most miserable.”
As the first Brit to top lads mag FHM’s sexiest women list in 2005, she later made the top ten more times than any other entrant.
But she revealed she was more insecure as a pin-up than she is now.
Kelly said: “I always say I should love my body now because it’s the body I’ll wish I had in ten years’ time.
“But it’s easy to think your body isn’t good enough and want to look different.
“Even when I was a lot thinner I didn’t think I was good enough. You always think that when you’re younger.
“The best part about getting older is that all those insecurities just fade away. You think outside yourself and are no longer as self-obsessed or self-focused.
“Right now, I’m not thinking about my stomach hanging over my jeans. I’m thinking about feeding this little cat that’s just walked in my door.”
Kelly credits her new husband, actor-model for helping her keep her curvaceous figure — because she is now finally happier than ever.
