Who is Stormy Daniels?
Stormy Daniels is a popular adult film actress and director who was born on March 17, 1979, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
She was born Stephanie Gregory Clifford and first gained attention as a stripper in Baton Rouge, Florida.
She chose her stage name Stormy Daniels as a tribute to American rock band Mötley Crüe.
The band’s bassist, Nikki Sixx, named his daughter Storm.
Due to her successful career, she has been able to win numerous industry awards and become a member of the NightMoves, AVN, and XRCO Halls of Fame.
In 2018, Daniels was set to appear as a housemate on the 22nd season of UK Celebrity Big Brother but backed out hours before the show was set to go live.
She also appeared in the reboot of VH1’s The Surreal Life’s debut season in 2022.
Following her legal battle against Donald Trump, West Hollywood honored Daniels by giving her the key to the city and naming May 23 “Stormy Daniels Day.”
Did Stormy Daniels have sex with Donald Trump?
In January 2018, Daniels made headlines after The Wall Street Journal ran a report that claimed Trump’s lawyer paid her $130,000 right before the 2016 presidential election to stay quiet about an alleged sexual encounter they had in 2006.
Trump’s representatives have since denied the affair and have said that Daniels is lying.
After the report ran, Daniels’ life continued to make headlines and she eventually opened up about the alleged affair during an appearance on CBS’ 60 Minutes.
During the show, Daniels told Anderson Cooper that she first met Trump in 2006 at a golf tournament.
“From that moment on, he was a completely different person,” Daniels recalled, via NPR.
“He was like, ‘Wow, you — you are special. You remind me of my daughter.’ You know — he was like, ‘You’re smart and beautiful, and a woman to be reckoned with, and I like you. I like you.’ ”
She then went on to claim that she had sex with Trump because she felt pressured to once they got back to his hotel room, NPR reports.
At the time, Daniels was 27 and Trump was 60 and had just married Melania Trump the year prior.

While she might have felt pressured, Daniels assured audiences that the alleged sex was “consensual,” and that she didn’t consider herself “a victim.”
On Wednesday, March 15, 2023, Stormy Daniels met with investigators to discuss Trump’s role in the payment.
This comes as Trump posted on TruthSocial that he is expecting to be arrested as soon as next week following an additional investigation related to the falsification of business records.
Is Stormy Daniels married?
In the Fall of 2022, Daniels married her fourth husband, Barrett Blade.
Daniels took to Instagram to gush on her new man. She said: “When you marry your best friend, life is always going to be good…even on the days it’s hard.
“Thank you @barettblade777 for giving me my dream home, life and family.”
The two have known each other for 25 years.
They originally met in a bar but only recently did their friendship become romantic.
Blade is also in the adult film industry and they often travel to fan conventions together.
Stormy is understood to have moved to a horse farm in Florida from her home base in Texas to live with her new husband.
