Heather Dubrow has four kids with her husband Terry.
Their family has long been in the public eye, as they all appeared on RHOC in 2012 before leaving in 2017.
The four children grew up on the Bravo show during Heather’s five years as a cast member.
They made their 2021 return for season 16.

When did Ace come out as transgender?
On Saturday, March 4, 2023, Heather took to social media to share that her youngest child has come out as transgender.
Formerly known as Collette “Coco” Dubrow, her youngest now goes by Ace.
Heather posted an image on Instagram of “ACE” written in the sand at the beach, along with the caption: “It’s International sons day! We love you, our youngest son, Ace .
“Our job as parents is to give our kids a safe and supportive environment so they can grow up as healthy, happy, confident, independent humans.
“Since Ace is a 12 year old child, with a long life ahead of him – we will let him tell his own story someday if he chooses to do so. All we can say is Ace, we love you so much and we are proud to be your parents. Your brother and sisters love and support you too .”
In the past and before coming out, Ace faced social media chatter about his clothing choices.
In October 2019, there were mixed opinions on social media about Ace wearing a suit in Dubrow’s family holiday card that year.
He wore a bright glitter red suit instead of the dresses he wore in the years prior.
Having been nine years old at the time, many of RHOC’s fans were not sure about the outfit choice.
However, Heather backed up her child’s decision, calling him a trendsetter and posting a side-by-side image of Ace and a similar Tom Ford suit.

The mom-of-four wrote: “@tomford inspo by @cocodubrow ????”
She said at the time: “She is completely fine being her own person and wearing what she likes and what feels comfortable to her.”
When did Max come out as bisexual?
Heather’s oldest daughter, Max, came out as bisexual during Pride Month in June 2020.
She posted a photo of herself wrapped in the pride flag with the caption: “straight-ish.”
Heather commented on the post: “I am SO proud to be your mother.”
Max also released a book in 2021 titled I’ll Give It to You Straightish: What Your Teen Wants You To Know.
It is co-authored with Dr. Judy Ho and includes a foreword by Heather.
In February 2022, Heather shared with People that her daughter Kat came out as a lesbian.
Heather told the publication: “Kat decided to drop in our family group text, ‘By the way, I’m a lesbian.’ I didn’t see it, and I was mad because the dogs pooped in the house, so I wrote back, ‘Who let the dogs poop in the house?’ It was a total mom fail, and they’ve never let me forget that.
“All I cared about was creating an environment where they all felt safe, comfortable, happy.”
Terry said on the subject: “Coming out with your sexuality is something that broadly affects a lot of different people. We just want people to realize it should be part of normal conversations.”
