Who is Love Island bombshell Jay Younger?

THINGS are heating up in Love Island as another bombshell hits the villa.

Meet 28-year-old Jay Younger who entered the show on week two.

Who is Jay Younger?

Jay Younger, 28, is an investment analyst from Edinburgh, Scotland. 

He studied economics and finance at Herriot-Watt University and graduated with a first class honours in 2017.

The Love Island star previously worked as a junior investment analyst before making his way up to an investments analyst where he has worked for the past three years.

In his spare time, he likes to keep fit and regularly takes part in NFG (National Fitness Games) and Turf competitions.

His grandfather was Tommy Younger, a Scotland international goalkeeper.

Tommy skippered his country and enjoyed a stellar career with the likes of Hibs, Liverpool and Leeds during his playing days from 1948 to 1963.

What has Jay said about joining Love Island?

Speaking about why he wanted to go on the show he said: “I think I am at the point in my life where it would be quite fun to find someone and have fun along the way.

“And doing it in Mallorca and in the Villa would be a great opportunity, so why not?

“I am going to be a supportive Islander, I think I am going to bring a lot of fun.

“Hopefully some good laughs along the way and maybe some indecisive decisions.”
