BRITNEY Spears has been granted a three-year restraining order against her “stalker” ex-husband Jason Alexander after he crashed her wedding.
Alexander’s bail was set at $100,000 during his arraignment on Monday afternoon in Ventura, The Sun can confirm.
He has also been hit with a felony stalking charge as he appeared via Zoom in court represented by a public defender.
Alexander pleaded not guilty and has to surrender any firearms he may have in his possession.
He was tackled to the ground outside her LA home and detained just hours before she married her partner Sam Asghari on June 9, The Sun previously reported.

Cops in Ventura County revealed the 40-year-old was arrested and booked for misdemeanor battery, vandalism, and trespassing.
Meanwhile, he still has a case against him in Northern California after being accused of committing grand theft dating back to 2016.
Alexander, who was infamously married to Britney for 55 hours in 2004, showed up at his ex’s wedding uninvited.
