ROCKER Alice Cooper showed he can still shock at the age of 74 — by wandering into a Wilko.
The US star popped into the budget homeware store in Manchester yesterday.

Cooper is known as the Godfather of Shock Rock, with a show featuring pyrotechnics, guillotines, electric chairs and fake blood.
But yesterday the School’s Out star was seen with wife of 46 years Sheryl Goddard, 65, browsing pots and pans in the Arndale Centre.
One onlooker said of the rocker, who was wearing a Madchester-style sunhat: “People had to do a double-take when they saw Alice as they thought Wilko would not be his type of hangout.

“Evidently he and Sheryl must need some new stuff for their kitchen.”
His shopping trip came ahead of his gig at the city’s AO Arena.
